Frequently Asked Questions

Are there membership dues?
Currently no!  And our goal is for it to stay that way!  We hope to be a self-sustaining organization that is financially supported through internal revenue and donations from churches, organizations and individuals.

How will we fund Wonderfully Made?
Currently it is up to your chapter to create your own revenue stream.  You will work off of a business model to create your own forms of revenue and financial support. Ideas include selling t-shirts and merchandise, generating income from programs and events, and through seeking financial support from local churches, individuals and organizations. Once you are a student organization of your college or university you should have the capacity to have your own club account which allows donors to give you tax-deductible donations. Currently we are in the process of establishing
Wonderfully Made as a non-profit organization which will then be able to help financially support your individual chapter.

Where can I find a community of older female mentors?
Take initiative to connect with local churches, ministries and your university’s personnel.  Send emails!  Make phone calls! Post announcements.  Visit your university departments such as the counseling center and campus ministry. Commit it to prayer.

What is a church sponsor?
A church sponsor is a nearby Christian church community that offers your university’s chapter of WM any, or a combination of the following: discipleship, prayer, resources, use of facilities, a network of believers, women mentors, and/or financial support.
